On Friday July 17, the ECHL’s Worcester Railers announced that they have signed brothers Cam and Kenny Hausinger for the 2020-21 season.
Cam Hausinger, 21, spent the last five years in the WHL, splitting time between the Red Deer Rebels, the Saskatoon Blades and Kootenay Ice. During the 2019-20 season with the Red Deer Rebels, Cam scored 13 goals and 25 assists 61 games played.
For Kenny, he just wrapped his tenure in the Boston area, attending Umass-Lowell. During his senior season with the UMass-Lowell River Hawks in the NCAA, Hausinger played 29 games where he scored seven goals while also adding 12 assists.
The Railers are the ECHL affiliate of the NHL’s New York Islanders and the AHL’s Bridgeport Sound Tigers.
