The Montreal Canadiens have finalized their roster for the NHL playoffs and the league’s fourth phase. Montreal flew to Toronto on Sunday morning ahead of their single exhibition game on Tuesday against the Maple Leafs.
Alexander Romanov is part of the roster, but is ineligible to play. That being said, he will be able to practice with the team. The 31-man roster was released on Sunday evening and Montreal has decided to bring 16 forwards, 11 defensemen as well as four goalies.
The Canadiens are scheduled to practice at Ford Performance Centre in Toronto on Monday and we shall see what kind of lineup head coach Claude Julien decides to use then. Below is the full roster selected:
