The Hershey Bears played a hard-fought game at Coca-Cola Coliseum last night in Toronto, but ultimately fell short of the win as the Marlies would claim the Wednesday night victory 4-3. While the Bears may not have come out on the winning side after 60 minutes, there were surely some bright spots in their play in terms of the production that was shown offensively.
After the game, Justin Levine, alongside myself spoke to the Bears head coach Spencer Carberry to get his thoughts on his team’s performance and expectations for the club going forward. He touched on his early impressions on some of Hershey’s new additions in rookies Alexander Alexeyev and Canadian Brett Leason. He also spoke about Axel Jonsson-Fjällby who scored a pair in the loss on Wednesday.
