Thunder Add Another Former Maverick
In French, the Thunder get a winger who’s shown his ability to score in junior hockey. The forward spent two years playing with the Omaha Lancers in the USHL. During those two seasons, French recorded 26 goals along with 49 assists for 75 points. He did so in 116 games.
When he began his college career at Minnesota State (Mankato), he had trouble finding the scoresheet in his first two seasons. As such, he only recorded one goal along with seven assists in his first 71 games. In his final two years with the Mavericks, French recorded 13 goals along with 16 assists in 78 games.
