On Friday September 25th, the Worcester Railers announced the signing of Canadian centreman Anthony Repaci. The two sides agreed to terms on a standard player contract for the upcoming season. The native of Toronto, Ontario spent the last five seasons with the Saint Mary’s Huskies.
During the 2015-16 season, Repaci recorded eight goals along with four assists through 21 games. Following that, in 2016-17, he scored 11 goals along with 15 assists. He did so in 29 games. In 2017-18, Repaci recorded 19 goals along with 10 assists through 27 games.
The 2018-19 season saw him add six goals and 12 assists through 30 games. In his most recent 2019-20 campaign, Repaci produced 16 goals along with 17 assists in 30 games played. Expect the 26-year-old forward to have a strong offensive presence on the Railers this season.
The Railers are the ECHL affiliate of the NHL’s New York Islanders and the AHL’s Bridgeport Sound Tigers.
