The Montreal Canadiens were back on the ice in Brossard on Tuesday and here is the latest update. Philip Danault, Ryan Poehling, Victor Mete and Cayden Primeau all practiced early before before the main group took the ice. Once again, Brett Kulak and Xavier Ouellet are both still no shows at Montreal training camp.
Here are the lines that were used during Tuesday’s practice in Brossard, Quebec:
FORWARDS
Tatar – Weal – Gallagher
Drouin – Suzuki – Armia
Byron – Kotkaniemi – Lehkonen
Hudon – Evans – Weise
Dauphin – Domi – Belzile
DEFENSEMEN
Chiarot – Weber
Olofsson – Petry
Brook – Folin
Juulsen
Carey Price, Charlie Lindgren and Michael McNiven were on the ice with the main group. McNiven made his return after being cut in the face with a Shea Weber slapshot.
Max Domi wore a baby blue jersey, meaning he is not 100% ready yet, but hopefully he will be before the Canadiens make the trip to Toronto. He skated on a fifth pairing with Alex Belzile and Laurent Dauphine.
On another note, Alex Romanov officially confirmed his visa and is now en route to Toronto. He will have to spend seven days in a mandated quarantine period before being able to join the team. Montreal plays Toronto in Toronto on the 28th at 8:00pm. He won’t be eligible to play, but he will be able to practice with the team.
